$ VoiceTrack: recording of inbound and outbound calls.
$ Enable: a system module that allows in-house file format creations. These formats can be used to read into and
report out of the FACS database. It allows RMC to receive files from clients and process the accounts directly
into FACS for faster and more efficient processing. It also is designed to facilitate exchanges from clients
systems to the FACS system.
$ E-Pay / Check writer: process card and EFT/ACH transactions in a real time environment.
$ FACS Web: allows internet access through a secured logon that controls access levels. The product has two
main components: client access and debtor access. Clients can add new accounts, post payments in real time,
can access statements and other reports passed by RMC. Client access is available using only a browser, no
other hardware or software requirement. Debtors can create payment arrangements within RMC defined
parameters, can process credit card and EFT payments and can send comments or inquiries to RMC.
Disaster Recovery Plan: In the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseen tragic event our clients can be assured that the information we possess and hold on their behalf is protected and stored in a safe and secure manner. We have a fully integrated back up and off site data storage and retrieval system designed to maintain the integrity of all information contained in our files and day to day operations of our business.
